Fully equipped with washing machine and full sized fridge/freezer. There are 2 bathrooms, one of which has been adapted for wheelchair users with roll-in shower and seat in the shower. The toilet also has a fold down grab bar. The TV can pick up few French, German, British, Dutch, Belgium and Spanish channels.
Includes private parking and has the option of air conditioning @ 70€ extra per week. (The unit is in the living room)

Medas “Ken” is located in the middle block, on the first floor with a large private terrace of 90m2. (There is a ramp to enter the building from the street and an elevator inside the building).
The apartment has a double bed, 2 single beds and a sofa bed. The TV is a smart TV with channels in most all languages . The kitchen is fully equipped for a self catering holiday.
The free Wifi is fibre optic and so is a very good connection. There is also a safe for your private use, no charge.
Air conditioning in the living area is an optional extra if you wish @ 50 euros/week
Parking is available @ 70 euros/week, subject to availability. (I only have 1 space!)
Parking is available on the streets (directly outside the apartment you must pay 10h-22h in June to September, but plenty of other streets where there is no charge. Also you can park for free on the beach)

This Spanish family owned large property is situated on the Rocamaura Mountain, urbanisation of Torre Moratxa, with ‘spectacular’ views over the bay and Medes Isles.
The interior of the house is rustic in style.
Upon entering, there is a bathroom with shower, kitchen, living room and dining room with a balcony that opens onto the terrace below and offers spectacular views of the sea. Kitchen equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave and mini grill. (without oven).
On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms, all with single beds. And a bathroom.
From here there is a door to the outside stairs that go down to the next level. Where there is a small space for the washing machine and the sloping garden distributed in different terraces. With sun loungers, umbrella, gas barbecue and chairs to admire the view and eat outside.
Free Wifi (4G) with an allowance of 10GB of data / week. Which is sufficient for normal internet use, but more data is available to purchase if needed.
There is use of a beautiful communal swimming pool (May-October) and tennis courts (rackets not supplied)
Car use is recommended, as the property is located in the mountains, about 20 minutes walk to the center of town or 3 minutes by car.
Villa L’Ermita 93 is an attractive end of terrace property in the main group of Santa Catarina Villas. It is in a prime position overlooking one of the 3 large communal gardens and feature swimming pools located on the Santa Catarina Estate.
A double and a twin bedroom plus full bathroom (with washing machine) are located upstairs. An open plan kitchen, well equipped for self catering and split level dining/living room can be found on the ground floor, which was improved during recent years and now boasts a lovely shower room leading off the newly extended split level living room. A gate from this garden opens onto the large communal garden and swimming pool, with adjoining children’s paddling pool. The supermarket which has its own bakery and butchers’ is a very easy walk for your early morning croissant and there are restaurants, mini golf and tennis all within walking distance.
Off road reserved private parking is just outside the front door as a car would be recommended but there is a bus stop close to the estate with a few daily buses taking you into town/beach. Estartit main town is approx. 3,000m.
