El Cortijo is a ground floor apartment, in a small complex of apartments, which is only 150 metres from the beach. It has an L-shaped south-facing terrace.

It has 2 bedrooms, both with double beds and a fold up single bed. Plus a sofa bed in the living room.

The apartment has recently been refurbished with a new kitchen. Includes a washing machine and microwave.

It has direct access to the swimming pool.

The walk into L’Estartit village is approx. 10/15 minutes.

Mar Blau, Els Griells – Ground Floor

This apartment is situated in the urbanisation of Els Griells, a short walk along the promenade (10/15 minutes) from the town of Estartit.

It has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and extra spare folding single bed, the other with 2 single beds and a sofa bed in the lounge. (the spare single bed in the main bedroom means that if you are a family of 5, you do not need to use the sofa bed). It is on the ground floor (a few steps to get to the apartment) and has the use of the communal roof terrace (for views and hanging washing), and a communal swimming pool.

It has washing machine and Spanish TV with DVD, cooker, coffee machine, microwave. Also there is a security box/safe.

The beach is 150 metres away and the supermarket and bars/restaurants are close by. The ¨local supermarket opens June to September but there are others open all year

Parking is free on the streets and there is a free car park opposite the apartment

Jardines Del Mar- 3rd Floor (with elevator)

The Jardines del Mar complex is located approx. 700 meters from the large beach of l’Estartit, and 500 meters from the town centre.

It has a communal area with beautiful gardens, 3 well-maintained swimming pools (with slides), and large solarium. Renovated apartment overlooking the pool and gardens; third floor with elevator. It has a bedroom with a bunk bed, living / dining room with a double sofa bed (separated by a curtain on one side of the rest of the room), American style kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave, washing machine, bathroom and private balcony.

Free parking spaces for cars and bicycles available on a first-come first-served basis!
