Villa Martha. Une maison traditionnelle espagnole située dans les montagnes, l’urbanisation Torre Moratxa, avec une vue fantastique sur la baie et les îles Medes.
L’intérieur de la maison est de style rustique.
En entrant, il y a une salle de bain avec douche, cuisine, salon et salle à manger avec un balcon qui s’ouvre sur la terrasse en contrebas et offre une vue spectaculaire sur la mer. Cuisine équipée avec lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, plaque vitrocéramique, micro-ondes et mini grill. (sans four).
Au rez-de-chaussée il y a 3 chambres, toutes avec des lits simples. Et une salle de bain.
De là, il y a une porte vers les escaliers extérieurs qui descendent au niveau suivant. Où il y a un petit espace pour la machine à laver et le jardin en pente répartis dans différentes terrasses. Avec chaises longues, parasol, barbecue à gaz et chaises pour admirer la vue et manger à l’extérieur.
Wifi gratuit (4G) avec une allocation de 10 Go de données / semaine. Ce qui est suffisant pour une utilisation normale d’Internet, mais plus de données sont disponibles à l’achat si nécessaire.
Piscine communautaire. (Mai-octobre) Courts de tennis communautaires (les raquettes ne sont pas fournies).
L’utilisation de la voiture est recommandée, car la propriété est située dans les montagnes, à environ 20 minutes à pied du centre-ville ou à 3 minutes en voiture.
