There is use of a beautiful communal swimming pool (May-October) and tennis courts (rackets not supplied)
Car use is recommended, as the property is located in the mountains, about 20 minutes walk to the center of town or 3 minutes by car.
A HIDDEN GEM OF AN APARTMENT! Located right in the centre of L’Estartit, at the start of the pedestrianised shopping street, close to shops, bars, restaurants, and the general hustle and bustle of this small village. And just a short walk, of around 300 metres, to the beach. Perfect!
The apartment is located on the second floor (no lift), recently refurbished, and is fully equipped for a self catering holiday; including washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer. The sunny balcony is a lovely place to sit and watch the world go by and has a sun shade, if it gets too hot!
In the 2 bedrooms there is a double bed, 2 single beds and an extra folding single bed, so can sleep up to 5 people.
There is free parking in the surrounding streets, (some you must pay in the months June to September 09h-21h) but if there is no room, there is always guaranteed spaces on the beach for free parking 24 hours a day, just a short walk away.

Osona is a first floor apartment, in a small complex of just 6 apartments, which is only 120 metres from the beach, with a south-facing balcony.
It has 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with twin beds and the other which can be used to store suitcases etc. The lounge is comfortably furnished.
It has 2 bathrooms (1 with bath/shower the other with shower) and a separate kitchen, which includes a washing machine, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, toaster and microwave. Spanish TV.

The walk into L’Estartit village is approx. 10/15 minutes. Free parking on the street.
The ¨local” supermarket opens June to September but there are others open all year.
The Blau Park complex is situated approx. 750 metres from the beach. It has a clean and well-maintained swimming pool and large grassed sunbathing area.
This apartment was originally 1 bedroom but has been renovated and an extra bedroom has been added. It is situated on the first floor and overlooks the swimming pool. (North facing) There is a double bed and bunk beds in the 2 bedrooms, perfect for couples or young families.
An American style kitchen has a 2 ring hob, with separate mini oven/grill, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine and microwave. It has a TV & washing machine.
Air conditioning/heating is available @ 50 euros extra per week if you wish.
