En entrar, trobareu un bany ben equipat amb dutxa arran de terra, una cuina totalment equipada (amb rentadora, rentavaixelles, vitroceràmica, microones i mini grill, sense forn) i una acollidora sala d’estar i menjador. El menjador s’obre a un balcó que dóna a una terrassa a sota, on podreu gaudir de les espectaculars vistes al mar.
A la planta baixa hi ha tres habitacions confortables, cadascuna amb llits individuals, i un bany addicional amb dutxa arran de terra. Una porta d’aquest nivell condueix a unes escales exteriors que baixen a una encantadora terrassa inferior. Aquí descobriràs una petita zona de servei per a la rentadora i un bonic jardí amb terrassa amb gandules, para-sols, barbacoa de gas i seients, perfecte per sopar a l’aire lliure mentre gaudeixes de l’impressionant entorn.
Els hostes poden gaudir de connexió Wi-Fi de fibra òptica gratuïta i accés a una bonica piscina comunitària (oberta de maig a octubre) i pistes de tennis (no inclou raquetes).
Tingueu en compte que es recomana un cotxe per a aquesta propietat, ja que es troba a la muntanya, a uns 20 minuts a peu o a 3 minuts amb cotxe del centre de la ciutat. 5* It was a great stay, very nice contact with Michelle and her son, fantastic view of the sea and island, for breakfast the balcony was perfect and in the evening the terrace, with the beautiful lighting. Community pool was accessible in a few steps, well maintained, great ambience with the rocks, tennis court we were also able to use, as we were provided with rackets and balls in the accommodation, and hiking in nature is also directly possible. We then used the car for breakfast utensils. Thanks for the nice communication! Es war ein toller Aufenthalt, sehr netter Kontakt mit Michelle und ihrem Sohn, traumhafte Aussicht auf Meer und Insel, für das Frühstück war der Balkon perfekt und abends die Terasse, mit der schönen Beleuchtung. Gemeinschaftspool war in wenigen Schritten erreichbar, top gepflegt, tolles Ambiente mit den Felsen, Tennisplatz haben wir auch nutzen können, da wir Schläger und Bälle in der Unterkunft zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen haben, und Wanderungen in die Natur sind ebenfalls direkt möglich. 5* we had a great time at Estartit. Michelle was always there when we asked for her. The house was just beautiful and very clean and the view!!!!!!!!!! just beautiful to look at from morning to night! we can easily walk down to the city center but a car is necessary to go shopping. Tennis court and swimming pool open from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m., very welcoming and caring people. Finally, I thank Michelle from the bottom of my heart for giving us a very nice surprise for our son’s birthday, Michelle is a very beautiful person who loves what she does and it still shows. Thank you. ♡ nous avons passés un superbe séjour à l’Estartit. Michelle a toujours était présente quand nous le demandions. la maison était juste magnifique et tres propre et la vue !!!!!!!!! juste magnifique à regarder du matin au soir ! nous pouvons facilement descendre a pieds au centre ville mais une voiture et nécessaire pour aller faire des courses. terrain de tennis et piscine ouverte de 9h à 23h, personnes très accueillante et bienveillante. pour finir, je remercie du fond du cœur Michelle qui nous a fait une très belle surprise pour l’anniversaire de notre fils, Michelle et une très belle personne qui aime ce qu’elle fait et cela se ressent encore merci ♡ . 5* The place is an absolute dream with fantastic views on the sea and the marina. Very clean, thought through and cute, wait till you see the fairy lights go on all over the terraces in the evening :-). You have access to the tennis court and a swimming pool (2 min walk) which gives a place an extra charm if you’re into lazy holidays and don’t feel like climbing the stairs to go to the beach. The distance to the town itself is walkable but car would be needed for shopping etc. Special thanks to Michelle for making this place into a real summer dream, you could see her professional touch in the little details all over the house. Friendly and flexible, she provided clear instructions on how to check in/out and made sure there is abundant information available in the house on the local activities and recommendations.
