Vila Martha. Una casa tradicional espanyola situada a la muntanya, a la urbanització Torre Moratxa, amb fantàstiques vistes a la badia i les Illes Medes.
L’interior de la casa és d’estil rústic.
En entrar, hi ha un bany amb dutxa, cuina, sala d’estar i menjador amb balcó que s’obre a la terrassa inferior i ofereix vistes espectaculars al mar. Cuina equipada amb rentadora, rentavaixelles, vitroceràmica, microones i mini graella. (sense forn).
A la planta baixa hi ha 3 habitacions, totes amb llits individuals. I un bany.
Des d’aquí hi ha una porta a les escales exteriors que baixen al següent nivell. On hi ha un petit espai per a la rentadora i el jardí inclinat distribuït en diferents terrasses. Amb gandules, paraigües, barbacoa de gas i cadires per admirar la vista i menjar fora.
Wifi gratuït (4G) amb una quantitat de 10 GB de dades per setmana. El que és suficient per a un ús normal d’Internet, però hi ha més dades disponibles per comprar si cal.
Piscina comunitària. (Maig-octubre) pistes de tennis comunitàries (no es subministren raquetes).
Es recomana utilitzar el cotxe, ja que la propietat es troba a la muntanya, a uns 20 minuts a peu del centre de la ciutat o a 3 minuts amb cotxe.
