Prices are per property and per week, including gas, electricity, and water.
Final cleaning is not included and will be added at the time of mandatory departure (€50 – €150 depending on the property)
Heating is included only in the budget season
Bed linen is provided, with an optional change of bed linen available mid-stay for €15 per bed.
Towels are not included, but can be rented on request for €6 per person per week (1 large and 1 small). Beach towels are available for €5 per stay.
Baby cots are available for hire at €25 per week, high chairs at €15 per week
Fans at €8 per week. Pets at €5 per night each. (max. 2 pets combined, max. weight 20 kg).
A tourist tax of €1 per person is payable upon arrival for those over 17 years of age, for a maximum stay of 7 nights. (Mandatory)
No charge for late night arrivals.
If you decide to proceed with a reservation, I will send you a booking form to complete. This must be returned to me within 3 days as confirmation of your reservation. I require a deposit of 30% within 5 days, 40% 8 weeks before the arrival date and the remainder upon arrival in L’Estartit, or 50% within 7 days and the remainder upon arrival in L’Estartit, in euros in cash.
Payment is made by bank transfer or credit card (there is a 1.5% surcharge for card payments). I can also accept PayPal, but there is a 4.5% surcharge.
Upon receipt of your deposit, I will send confirmation and details regarding key collection and all necessary directions from airports/highways, etc. I live in the resort and I clean and prepare the properties myself, so I will visit you upon arrival to give you my contact details in case of emergency.
A security deposit for damages and cleaning will be taken as a credit card authorization. The stay ends upon your departure, but guests are kindly requested to leave the property in good condition. Deductions will only be made from your card in the event of a complaint. No charges will be incurred without prior communication with you, including repair/replacement estimates and photos, if applicable.
