La Calella, Els Griells – 2nd floor

This apartment is situated in the urbanisation of Els Griells, a short walk along the promenade (10/15 minutes) from the town of L’Estartit.

It has 2 bedrooms, one with a  double bed the other with bunk beds.  It has recently been beautifully renovated.  It is on the second floor (no lift) which is also the top floor. There is a communal swimming pool for the complex.

Air conditioning/heating is available @ 50 euros extra per week if you wish.

The beach is 150 metres away and the supermarket & bars/restaurants are close by.  Supermarket in Els Griells is open June to September. There are other supermarkets in the main town of Estartit which are open all year round and also a Lidl very close by.

Apartment Riu Ter (1), Torroella de Montgri

Very special townhouse in the historic town of Torroella De Montgri only a few kilometers from some of the best beaches in Spain.

Staying in Torroella De Montgri you will get the true local Catalonian feel, all year round, with its historic town center and multiple historic landmarks, such as the Castell de Montgri. The town has an amazing atmosphere with many nice restaurants, cafes and shops. In the local area, within a few kilometers away, you will find numerous beautiful historic towns, such as Pals and Begur, Also, in the surrounding area, there is so many opportunities for an active vacation: beaches and water sports, hiking in beautiful nature, bicycling, padel, and golf (3 international golf courses within 8 kilometers as well as the highest rated par 3 course in Spain just half a kilometer away). The nearest beach is in L’Estartit, 5 kilometers away. A few kilometers further away, you will find the beautiful beaches of L’Escala, Pals and Begur. 

The house is a completely renovated old house of almost 400 square meters. In many places in the house, some of the original features are kept, such as some of the original tiles more than 100 years old and the famous Catalonian round ceilings and stone walls. All the installations in the house are completely new, including two brand new fully equipped kitchens, two new kitchenettes, 3 new bathrooms and a toilet, modern heating systems with large warm water tank, and wifi system which covers the whole house. 

The house is divided into two individual flats (first floor (1) and second floor (2)) each about 90 square meters, a large separate bedroom on the ground floor, and lots of common area on the indoor/outdoor rooftop as well as on the ground floor. The common area includes two sitting/dining areas that each accommodate parties of up to 10 people, two kitchenettes, one bathroom and a toilet, as well as a washing machine and dryer. On the outside rooftop, with an amazing view over the town and the surrounding area, there is a sitting area, deck chairs, and a large gas BBQ.

Apartment (1) is on the first floor and is kept in a more traditional Spanish style, with round ceilings, stone walls, original tiles and 2 French terraces.   It has 2 bedrooms (double and twin), bathroom, large kitchen-dining area, combined with a living/TV room .

The entrance, washing machine/dryer, top floor kitchen and roof terrace are shared with the other apartment. But each apartment has it’s own entrance door, so can be locked from inside and out.

Argonavis, Els Griells – 2nd floor

This beautiful refurbished spacious apartment is situated on the seafront, with gardens and a communal pool (large and children’s). It has a view of the beach and Mediterranean Sea and the sandy beach is right in front of the complex, with direct access from the gardens and pool.  It is ideal for families with children.

It has one bedroom with a double bed, and also has an extra folding single bed. There is also a sofa bed the living room.  It can sleep up to 5 people.

The balcony has table and chairs and views of the pool and beach.

The walk into L’Estartit village is approx. 10/15 minutes.  Free parking on the street.

The ¨local” supermarket opens June to September but there are others open  all year which are not too far away.

Casa Riu Ter, Torroella de Montgri

This block of apartments is located in the centre of L’Estartit just 150 metres from the beach.  A popular choice for family holidays.

Medas “Ken” is located in the middle block, on the first floor with a large private terrace of 90m2. (There is a ramp to enter the building from the street and an elevator inside the building).

The apartment has a double bed, 2 single beds and a sofa bed.  The TV is a smart TV with channels in most all languages . The kitchen is fully equipped for a self catering holiday.

The free Wifi is fibre optic and so is a very good connection.  There is also a safe for your private use, no charge.

Air conditioning in the living area is an optional extra if you wish @ 50 euros/week

Parking is available @ 70 euros/week, subject to availability. (I only have 1 space!)

Medas Park (Sandra), L’Estartit – Ground floor

This block of apartments is located in the centre of L’Estartit just 150 metres from the beach. A popular choice for family holidays.

Medas “Sandra” is located on the ground floor with direct view to the swimming pool and the gardens. This apartment has been refurbished and has a comfortable living/dining area. The bathroom has also been recently modernised and the kitchen is fully equipped for a self catering holiday.

The apartment has a double bed, 2 single beds and a sofa bed.  The TV has Spanish and some UK channels. There is an extra outside covered terrace where the washing machine is situated with a clothes line. There is also a safety deposit box.  The free Wifi is a very good connection of FIBRE OPTIC. And the apartment has its own sun loungers.

Parking is available @ 70 euros/week, subject to availability. (I only have 1 space!)

Omega, L’Estartit – 1st floor

The Omega complex is situated approx. 800 metres from the beach and close to all amenities. It has a clean and well-maintained swimming pool and sunbathing area.  

This apartment has Spanish television, DVD, microwave, cooker with oven, fridge/freezer and washing machine.  Plus the apartment has sun lounger chairs to use around the pool. Air conditioning is available @ optional extra cost 70 euros, 1 unit in the living room and 1 unit in the passage way.

There are 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twins, plus a sofa bed in the lounge.  There is 1 full size bathroom (recently renovated, awaiting new photos), and a second WC with basin.

The apartment has a south facing balcony overlooking the swimming pool and is on the first floor (no lift). Free parking on the street.

Villa Martha, Urb. Torre Moratxa, L’Estartit

This Spanish family owned large property is situated on the Rocamaura Mountain, urbanisation of Torre Moratxa, with ‘spectacular’ views over the bay and Medes Isles.

The interior of the house is rustic in style.

Upon entering, there is a bathroom with shower, kitchen, living room and dining room with a balcony that opens onto the terrace below and offers spectacular views of the sea. Kitchen equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave and mini grill. (without oven).

On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms, all with single beds. And a bathroom.

From here there is a door to the outside stairs that go down to the next level. Where there is a small space for the washing machine and the sloping garden distributed in different terraces. With sun loungers, umbrella, gas barbecue and chairs to admire the view and eat outside.

Free Wifi (4G) with an allowance of 10GB of data / week. Which is sufficient for normal internet use, but more data is available to purchase if needed.

There is use of a  beautiful communal swimming pool (May-October) and tennis courts (rackets not supplied) 

Car use is recommended, as the property is located in the mountains, about 20 minutes walk to the center of town or 3 minutes by car.

Villa L’Ermita, L’Estartit

Villa L’Ermita 93 is an attractive end of terrace property in the main group of Santa Catarina Villas. It is in a prime position overlooking one of the 3 large communal gardens and feature swimming pools located on the Santa Catarina Estate.

A double and a twin bedroom plus full bathroom (with washing machine) are located upstairs. An open plan kitchen, well equipped for self catering and split level dining/living room can be found on the ground floor, which was improved during recent years and now boasts a lovely shower room leading off the newly extended split level living room. Smart TV and stereo player/ipod dock are in the living room and patio doors open onto a sunny paved private terraced garden equipped with built in barbeque, patio table, chairs and sun beds. A gate from this garden opens onto the large communal garden and swimming pool, with adjoining children’s paddling pool. The supermarket which has its own bakery and butchers’ is a very easy walk for your early morning croissant and there are restaurants, mini golf and tennis all within walking distance.

Off road reserved private parking is just outside the front door as a car would be recommended but there is a bus stop close to the estate with a few daily buses taking you into town/beach. Estartit main town is approx. 3,000m.
