Medas Park 4 – Ground Floor

This block of apartments is located in the centre of L’Estartit just 150 metres from the beach. A popular choice for family holidays.

Medas “4” is located in the middle block, on the ground floor with direct view to the gardens. (There is a ramp to enter the building from the street). This apartment has been refurbished and has a comfortable living/dining area, and the kitchen is fully equipped for a self catering holiday.

The apartment has a king size double bed, with bunk beds and a sofa bed.  The TV has Spanish and some UK channels, and there is an Android TV box, converting the TV to a smart TV. The free Wifi is a very good connection of 8MB.

There is the option of air conditioning @ 50€ extra per week in this apartment.

I have 3 x 2 bedroom apartments and 1 x 3 bedroom apartment in this complex , so is ideal for group bookings.

Xaloc, L’Estartit – 2nd Floor

A beautifully renovated and furnished 3 bedroom apartment.  Situated on the 2nd floor (no lift).

One bedroom has a double bed, the other 2 single beds and the third bunk beds with an extra terrace off the main bedroom. Bathroom has a walk in shower.

Totally equipped with washing machine and 42″ TV. Air conditioning available as an option @ 50 euros per week. With free parking. Centrally located, so no need to use the car.  In a quiet location. Approx. 500 metres from the beach.  

Also has free WIFI (10GB data per week, extra can be purchased)

Victoria Park – 1st Floor (with elevator)

A centrally located apartment complex with a swimming pool and sunbathing area.  The beach is just 75 metres away.

This apartment (1-1) is situated on the first floor (there is an elevator) and has a balcony with a view of the swimming pool . The kitchen is fully quipped for self catering. It has a king size double bed, 2 single beds and a sofa bed in the living room. Spanish TV.

Each apartment has it’s own private reserved parking place. This small complex has just 16 apartments.

Rocamaura – 2nd Floor (with elevator)

This sea front apartment has a swimming pool and off road reserved parking. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 singles.

There is also a sofa bed in the lounge. It is situated on the second floor with a lift and wheelchair access, plus intercom entrance.

The lounge opens onto the balcony with sea view. The kitchen is fully equipped including a cooker with oven, microwave and a fridge / freezer.

There is also a washing machine on a back terrace. Spanish TV & some UK channels and DVD player. FREE WIFI up to 1MB

Casa Flora- 3 Floors (Bedrooms Upstairs)

This is a 3 bedroom terraced property on 3 levels to sleep 6/8.  It has a small private garden with decking and communal swimming pool, shared between 15 houses.

The separate kitchen has a washing machine, oven, toaster, microwave & fridge/freezer. The living area and master bedroom both look out to the views of the mountain and the swimming pool. 2 bedrooms and the bathroom are on the second floor, and the third bedroom is on the top floor. 2 bedrooms have a double bed and twin beds, the top floor bedroom has bunk beds and a sofa bed. There is also a downstairs WC. 

The walk to the beach is approx. 15 minutes / 1,000 metres, and there are supermarkets, bars, restaurants, mini golf, tennis all close by. For those of you who know L’Estartit, the villa is near Jocs, the small children’s amusement park.

Villa Martha – 2 Floors (bedrooms downstairs)

This Spanish family owned large property is situated on the Rocamaura Mountain with ‘spectacular’ views over the bay and Medes Isles.

There is use of a communal swimming pool and tennis courts (rackets not suppiled). The interior is traditionally rustic Spanish with 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed. The garden is set on an incline with terraces at different levels.  Amenities include washing machine, dishwasher and 2 bathrooms.  

There is no cooker, but it has a vitro ceramic cooker hob and microwave and mini grill/oven.  As the house is set on the mountain above L’Estartit, the drive to the beach is about 5 mins. A car would be recommended. But to walk to the town/beach is also an option, around 15 minutes.  

Villa L’Ermita – 2 Floors (bedrooms upstairs)

Villa L’Ermita 93 is an attractive end of terrace property in the main group of Santa Catalina Villas. It is in a prime position overlooking one of the 3 large communal gardens and feature swimming pools located on the Santa Catalina Estate.

A double and a twin bedroom plus full bathroom (with washing machine) are located upstairs. An open plan kitchen, well equipped for self catering and split level dining/living room can be found on the ground floor, which was improved during 2006 and now boasts a lovely shower room leading off the newly extended split level living room. Smart TV and stereo player/ipod dock are in the living room and patio doors open onto a sunny paved private terraced garden equipped with built in barbeque, patio table, chairs and sun beds. A gate from this garden opens onto the large communal garden and swimming pool, with adjoining children’s paddling pool. The supermarket which has its own bakery and butchers’ is a very easy walk for your early morning croissant and there are restaurants, mini golf and tennis all within walking distance.

Off road reserved private parking is just outside the front door as a car would be recommended but there is a bus stop close to the estate with a few daily buses taking you into town/beach. Estartit is approx. 3,000m.

La Cuatera, Els Griells – 2nd Floor (No elevator)

This apartment is situated in the urbanisation of Els Griells, a short walk along the promenade (10/15 minutes) from the town of L’Estartit.

It has 2 bedrooms, one with a king size double bed the other with 2 single beds and a sofa bed in the lounge.  It has a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave & Spanish/UK TV (plus Android TV box).  It is on the second floor (no lift) which is also the top floor and has its own private roof terrace, with BBQ area and sunloungers.

The beach is 150 metres away and the supermarket & bars/restaurants are close by.

Air conditioning/heating is available @ 50 euros extra per week if you wish.
