Pineda, L’Estartit

Pineda apartments are part of the nature reserve on the Estartit beach. This block is on the promenade and front line of the sea. The balcony has a part sea view and views of the pine tree nature reserve. There are 2 bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen/living area, with sofa bed. Everything you need to enjoy a family beach holiday. The beach being just a few metres away. Parking is not problem as there is free parking on the streets and also on the beach 24/7. It is close to bars, restaurants and a large supermarket (open summer months) Sleeps 4/6

La Calella, Els Griells – 2nd floor

This apartment is situated in the urbanisation of Els Griells, a short walk along the promenade (10/15 minutes) from the town of L’Estartit.

It has 2 bedrooms, one with a  double bed the other with bunk beds.  It has recently been beautifully renovated.  It is on the second floor (no lift) which is also the top floor. There is a communal swimming pool for the complex.

Air conditioning/heating is available @ 50 euros extra per week if you wish.

The beach is 150 metres away and the supermarket & bars/restaurants are close by.  Supermarket in Els Griells is open June to September. There are other supermarkets in the main town of Estartit which are open all year round and also a Lidl very close by.

Apartment Riu Ter (1), Torroella de Montgri

Very special townhouse in the historic town of Torroella De Montgri only a few kilometers from some of the best beaches in Spain.

Staying in Torroella De Montgri you will get the true local Catalonian feel, all year round, with its historic town center and multiple historic landmarks, such as the Castell de Montgri. The town has an amazing atmosphere with many nice restaurants, cafes and shops. In the local area, within a few kilometers away, you will find numerous beautiful historic towns, such as Pals and Begur, Also, in the surrounding area, there is so many opportunities for an active vacation: beaches and water sports, hiking in beautiful nature, bicycling, padel, and golf (3 international golf courses within 8 kilometers as well as the highest rated par 3 course in Spain just half a kilometer away). The nearest beach is in L’Estartit, 5 kilometers away. A few kilometers further away, you will find the beautiful beaches of L’Escala, Pals and Begur. 

The house is a completely renovated old house of almost 400 square meters. In many places in the house, some of the original features are kept, such as some of the original tiles more than 100 years old and the famous Catalonian round ceilings and stone walls. All the installations in the house are completely new, including two brand new fully equipped kitchens, two new kitchenettes, 3 new bathrooms and a toilet, modern heating systems with large warm water tank, and wifi system which covers the whole house. 

The house is divided into two individual flats (first floor (1) and second floor (2)) each about 90 square meters, a large separate bedroom on the ground floor, and lots of common area on the indoor/outdoor rooftop as well as on the ground floor. The common area includes two sitting/dining areas that each accommodate parties of up to 10 people, two kitchenettes, one bathroom and a toilet, as well as a washing machine and dryer. On the outside rooftop, with an amazing view over the town and the surrounding area, there is a sitting area, deck chairs, and a large gas BBQ.

Apartment (1) is on the first floor and is kept in a more traditional Spanish style, with round ceilings, stone walls, original tiles and 2 French terraces.   It has 2 bedrooms (double and twin), bathroom, large kitchen-dining area, combined with a living/TV room .

The entrance, washing machine/dryer, top floor kitchen and roof terrace are shared with the other apartment. But each apartment has it’s own entrance door, so can be locked from inside and out.

There are 4 bicycles for guest’s use, no charge.

Upstairs to the first floor:

There are 2 bedrooms, full sized kitchen, bathroom and living room. This can be locked as a separate apartment.

To the second floor:

There are also 2 bedrooms, full sized kitchen, bathroom and living room, also which can be locked as a separate apartment.

On the top floor:

There is a large dining area with small kitchen, WC and outside shower.

Then up to the roof:

There is a roof terrace with stunning views and a gas BBQ and seating, for lounging or dining al fresco.

This block of apartments is located in the centre of L’Estartit just 150 metres from the beach.  A popular choice for family holidays.

Medas “Ken” is located in the middle block, on the first floor with a large private terrace of 90m2. (There is a ramp to enter the building from the street and an elevator inside the building).

The apartment has a double bed, 2 single beds and a sofa bed.  The TV is a smart TV with channels in most all languages . The kitchen is fully equipped for a self catering holiday.

The free Wifi is fibre optic and so is a very good connection.  There is also a safe for your private use, no charge.

Air conditioning in the living area is an optional extra if you wish @ 50 euros/week

There is an extra outside covered terrace where the washing machine is situated with a clothes line. There is also a safety deposit box.  The free Wifi is a very good connection of FIBRE OPTIC. And the apartment has its own sun loungers.

Rocamaura, L’Estartit – 2nd floor

This apartment is on the first line with spectacular views of the sea and port of Estartit. It has a swimming pool and off road reserved parking.

There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 singles. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge.

It is situated on the second floor with a lift and ramp access, plus intercom entrance.

The lounge opens onto the balcony with sea view.  The main bedroom window also has a view of the beach and sea. The kitchen is fully equipped including a cooker with oven, microwave, a fridge / freezer, kettle, toaster. There is also a washing machine on a back terrace, where there is also beach items for your use. Spanish TV & some UK channels and DVD player. 

FREE WIFI from the community up to 1MB speed.

There is a supermarket, open all year, just a few metres up the road. Swimming pool is open June to September.
