The living area and master bedroom both look out to the views of the mountain and the swimming pool. 2 bedrooms and the bathroom are on the second floor, and the third bedroom is on the top floor. 2 bedrooms have a double bed and twin beds, the top floor bedroom has bunk beds and a sofa bed. The walk to the beach is approx. 15 minutes / 1,000 metres, and there are supermarkets, bars, restaurants, mini golf, tennis all close by. For those of you who know L’Estartit, the villa is near Jocs, the small children’s amusement park.

There is use of a communal swimming pool and tennis courts (rackets not suppiled). The interior is traditionally rustic Spanish with 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed. The garden is set on an incline with terraces at different levels. Amenities include washing machine, dishwasher and 2 bathrooms.
There is no cooker, but it has a vitro ceramic cooker hob and microwave and mini grill/oven. As the house is set on the mountain above L’Estartit, the drive to the beach is about 5 mins. A car would be recommended. But to walk to the town/beach is also an option, around 15 minutes.
