This block of apartments is located in the centre of L’Estartit just 150 metres from the beach. A popular choice for family holidays.

Medas “4” is located in the middle block, on the ground floor with direct view to the gardens. (There is a ramp to enter the building from the street). This apartment has been refurbished and has a comfortable living/dining area, and the kitchen is fully equipped for a self catering holiday.

The apartment has a king size double bed, with bunk beds and a sofa bed. The free Wifi is a very good connection of 8MB.

There is the option of air conditioning @ 50€ extra per week in this apartment.

Parking is available @ 70 euros/week, subject to availability. (I only have 1 space!) Parking is available on the streets (directly outside the apartment you must pay 10h-22h in June to September, but there are plenty of other streets where there is no charge. Also you can park for free on the beach)

I have 3 x 2 bedroom apartments and 1 x 3 bedroom apartment in this complex , so is ideal for group bookings.

Medas “Sandra” is located on the ground floor with direct view to the swimming pool and the gardens. This apartment has been refurbished and has a comfortable living/dining area. The bathroom has also been recently modernised and the kitchen is fully equipped for a self catering holiday.

The apartment has a double bed, 2 single beds and a sofa bed. The TV has Spanish and some UK channels. There is an extra outside covered terrace where the washing machine is situated with a clothes line. There is also a safety deposit box. The free Wifi is a very good connection of FIBRE OPTIC. And the apartment has its own sun loungers.
