Villa 87 es una impresionante villa de lujo recién construida que ofrece vistas espectaculares al mar Mediterráneo, las famosas islas Medes (Illes Medes) y el puerto de L’Estartit. Esta villa independiente cuenta con una piscina privada y está a solo 5 minutos a pie del centro del pueblo y del puerto de L’Estartit, lo que la convierte en un lugar ideal para unas vacaciones relajantes y convenientes.
Acceso y Aparcamiento
La villa se puede acceder mediante una escalera o a través del garaje ubicado debajo de la casa. Hay un camino privado para aparcar tu coche fuera de la carretera, y también puedes utilizar el garaje. Este ofrece un espacio de almacenamiento seguro y seco, perfecto para ciclistas, golfistas y buceadores que deseen guardar su equipo de manera segura.
Planta Principal
Al entrar en la villa en la planta principal, encontrarás un salón amplio y moderno con un sofá cama (para 2 personas), un comedor y puertas correderas que dan acceso a una gran terraza. La terraza ofrece vistas increíbles al mar y está equipada con una mesa y sillas para comer al aire libre, perfectas para disfrutar de una bebida mientras admiras la puesta de sol.
La cocina abierta está totalmente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos modernos y también tiene acceso a la terraza trasera de la villa, donde se encuentran la piscina privada y las tumbonas. Esta planta también incluye un baño con ducha y inodoro.
Planta Inferior
En la planta inferior, hay tres habitaciones dobles (una de ellas con baño privado y acceso a la terraza) y un baño adicional. Las habitaciones son luminosas y espaciosas, con dos camas dobles y dos camas individuales, pudiendo alojar cómodamente hasta seis personas.
Más abajo, se encuentra el garaje, que incluye una cama doble que puede usarse como alternativa al sofá cama si lo prefieres.

5* A great place to stay in the beautiful coastal town of L’Estartit. We felt at home from the beginning when entering the house. The views from the large, well-furnished balcony to the bay and harbour are simply great. Pool and rear garden area are also very nicely landscaped. However, given the short days in November, we had no opportunity to use it. Michelle is a very nice, friendly contact person. Everything was fine and we will be happy to come back. 5* The villa was a dream! We stayed there with three children and 4 adults and had plenty of room. For the children there were many games, we adults also lacked nothing. 5* We had a wonderful time at the finca. The kitchen is super equipped. The living room and terraces are spacious and invite you to linger. However, the bedrooms are somewhat small and relatively standard. The beds were partially hard and there is only one air conditioner for the entire sleeping floor that is centrally controlled. This makes it impossible to have a personal setting for each bedroom. The hilltop location overlooking the sea is unbeatable. Arriving by car is useful, but caution is advised here due to the slopes and sometimes high curbs. Michelle as our host was always available, friendly, nice and very helpful. We felt well taken care of at all times. Minor problems were always dealt with promptly and inquiries answered. You can feel that she does the rental with full passion. Thanks a lot! Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Finca. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Der Wohn- Eisbrecher sowie die Terrassen sind großzügig und laden zum verweilen ein. Die Schlafzimmer sind jedoch teilweise etwas klein und relativ standardmäßig eingerichtet. Die Betten waren teilweise hart und es gibt für die gesamte Schlafetage nur eine Klimaanlage die zentral gesteuert wird. Dies macht eine persönliche Einstellung pro Schlafzimmer unmöglich. Die Lage auf dem Hügel mit Blick auf das Meer ist unschlagbar. Die Anreise mit dem PKW ist sinnvoll, jedoch ist hier aufgrund der Steigungen und teilweise hohen Bordsteinen Vorsicht geboten. Michelle als unsere Gastgeberin war stets erreichbar, freundlich, nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben und zu jeder Zeit gut aufgehoben gefühlt.
