Towels are not included, but can be rented on request for 6€ per person, per week (1 large and 1 small). Beach towels at 5€ per stay

Cots are available for hire at 25€ per week, High chairs at 15€ per week

Fans at 8€ per week. Pets at 5€ per night each. (max. 2 pets combined weight max. 20kg).

Tourist tax is payable on arrival at 1€ per person, for 17+ year olds, maximum 7 nights. (Mandatory)

If you decide to go ahead with a reservation, I would send you a booking form to complete. This must be returned to me within 3 days as a confirmation of the booking on your part. I require a deposit of either 30% within 5 days, 40% 8 weeks before arrival date and the rest upon arrival in Estartit, or 50% within 7 days and the rest upon arrival in Estartit, in euros cash.
Payment is by bank transfer or credit card (there is a surcharge of 1.5% if paying by card). I can also accept PayPal, but there is a 4.5% surcharge.
Upon receipt of your deposit I would send confirmation and details of key collection and any directions needed from airports/ motorways etc. I live in the resort and clean and prepare the properties myself, so I would then visit you on arrival for any final payments, and to give you my contact details in case of any emergency.
# A damage and cleaning deposit will be taken in the form of a credit card authorization. The end of stay will be upon your departure, but guests are asked to leave the property in good condition. Only in the event of a claim will I make ANY deductions from the card. No charges will be made without prior communication with you, including repair/replacement quotes and photos, if applicable.
